Step 1 - Add the Aiden script to your website

Navigate to Embed and copy the Aiden script:

In Woocommerce it’s only possible to place the JavaScript in the <head> of your website by using a plugin or a custom implementation by a web developer.

By using a plugin and placing the script in the <head>, the script is embedded in a single place and you won’t need to paste it multiple times for each new app. If you decide to use a plug-in we recommend Head & Footer code. Here’s where you can find and add plugins in Woocommerce:

After installing the plugin, navigate to ‘Tools’ or ‘Gereedschap’ and paste the script in the ‘HEAD code’ field.

If you don’t want to use a plugin, another option is to copy and paste the script along with the embed code directly in the preferred spot on your website.

Step 2 - Embed the Aiden app into your CMS

After embedding the script, you’ll need to place the app itself in the desired spot(s) on your website.

  1. Navigate to Embed.

  2. Select your preferred embed option:

  3. Make the necessary adjustments to the button text or menu bar height.

  4. Copy the embed code:

  5. Navigate in Woocommerce to the page and content block where you would like to integrate the app.
