Aiden makes it proprietary guided selling software available to the Controller (the e-commerce business who signs up for our software), who uses it to build guided selling apps and integrates these into its online store(s). The primary goal of these apps is to assist store vistors in finding the products best suited to their needs and requirements. Visitors who use a guided selling app answer a series of questions about the type of product they are looking for, and, in turn receive relevant product recommendations.
